Although school students Workshop / Crafts House and Employment Workshops are unemployed there is a difference between them on this point: Students Employment Workshops are long-term unemployed, usually with more responsibilities family and this will affect their behavior in class Why? Because the long-term unemployment has psychosocial consequences for the individual and these influence their behavior in a learning situation.

The trainer must have powers of observation to detect any undesirable behavior and act accordingly. Unfortunately not much you can do in some respects but in others it may be a great help to mitigate the negative effects.
Perhaps the aspect that can work more self-esteem is in assessing and strengthening all the progress and achievements, however small, that the student be achieved.
