Best Espresso Machines For Under 200

ACAC
The acronym corresponds to the name of Anti-counterfeiting trade agreement on Drugs.

Many versions of anti-counterfeiting trade agreement, negotiations between 10 countries and 26 EU members were filtered and allowed to know the great number of topics, ranging from fake drugs to orders via the Internet. The agreement proposes a new expanded intellectual property protection on behalf of multinational pharmaceutical companies which, combined with border measures, stifle legitimate trade of generic drugs and have a devastating impact on access to medicines in developing countries. It is not uncommon so that all organizations and individuals who work for access to AIDS drugs and disease plaguing Africa which we are most concerned.

This agreement goes against the intention of promoting greater flexibility in intellectual property and encouraging more inventions and innovations. ACAC
threatens access to quality generic drugs, increasing the confusion between the counterfeit and generic drugs. Today, this agreement enables the customs authorities in exporting and transit countries and importers to seize good drugs on the basis that they are or can be forged. And this for violation of the patent. The commitment of the European Union and the Member States regarding universal access to treatment in developing countries will be possible only if access to generic drugs are actually provided.

Africa has many developing countries, this means that if there is willingness to help stand up for themselves can not impose prices and patents on drugs that they can not afford. Aid is to facilitate access to high quality generics and forget multinationals wanting to be more and more rich at the expense of the health of millions of men, women and children who do not have a Euro per day to survive.

generic drugs to Africa Grows Racism and Xenophobia

History Guide

European Ombudsmen, meeting this October in Barcelona
have warned that Europe is growing xenophobia, racism and
rejection immigrants.

is not an isolated perception. Several reports published over the past two years by public institutions or civil society
riveted the same nail: the rise of racism is a verifiable fact in Europe.
probably not cost us much to everyone / a of us as examples to this, just from the news we read every day and what we hear on the street. But have you ever stopped to think about it carefully with this issue deserves?
must be aware of this reality, get in touch with the data, estimate its severity and discern where we can take if we do nothing to counter it.

We are witnessing the rise in number of votes and political representation of far-right parties waving the banner of rejection abroad (do we forget that one day so the English were strangers?), Extreme nationalism, and in many cases, opposition to democratic principles. The map includes promotion and Italy, Austria, Holland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Hungary.

! How easy to forget the crisis that migrants have helped us in good times and still do care for our sick, our elderly parents, our children when they were in the midst of the English willing support. Or to hit the bricks of our flats during cold winters or sweltering summers working in construction, which gives us so much money.! Our memory is very short.

French sociologist Alain Touraine in his speech on receiving the Prince of Asturias Prize for Social Sciences reminded us this:

"When future for all Europeans is more uncertain, it is necessary without sacrificing the critical work that is a vital part of the social sciences, we commit ourselves with equal passion to defend and extend the best that we have offered the world, the passion of reason and respect for universal human rights.
Christian tradition, the spirit of enlightenment and liberation movements have come together to defend this universalism. In this world heliocentric and mobile, our future depends largely on our ability to combine our defense of the plurality of cultures with the universality of fundamental rights, political, social and cultural rights.

Ours descarriada.Si is a time we are not careful, this century will be newly started back a century ethical, I say with regret, but do not say it lightly. It will be a century of scientific and technological progress, no doubt. But will also reverse a century of ethics. "

And I say I do not want that. I think of all people through the centuries have given up their lives to get where we are. Missing them, but defend those values. Blaming
migrants who have fled their countries because of poverty that in many cases have caused us to our unfair trade laws and exploitation of unemployment, the economic crisis is to continue using scapegoats to try to soothe my conscience and responsibility that I take everything that is happening.
But noble is to recognize our desire to have and power and point the finger at the corrupt and exploited the whole situation. No to the immigrant.

Paul Auster

Wikipedia
photo I've seen the interviews that have made Mario Vargas Llosa. A man committed and highly politicized. I like it. But I only think about the day that Paul Auster gets the Nobel Prize for Literature. I feel extremely happy because I do not read anything about contemporary authors like him. His novels are extraordinary and originality that come from the mind of a true creator. All his characters often make me up from the book to make some nod and smile. And make me to repeat the paragraphs and lines ... They are unusual, they think they live and act differently to us all. Are characters in novels. And yet the mere thought that they could be happy and makes me open my mind to other worlds. Is not that what you should raise or literature in which is immersed in the pages of a book? Meet new people, places, ways of living and understanding life. Plunge into the audacity we do not have in environments that regularly move and make us dream other possibilities. And Paul Auster

each novel makes something new, original: A child who learns to levitate, a young university student who for no reason is living proof that doing nothing to live ... a writer who writes a novel within the novel itself . And they all have strokes deeply human, we all moved with feelings of tenderness, admiration, sympathy. I hope you give the Nobel Prize one day.
Paul Auster is in my opinion, a gift to the mind of all those who love literature.

Agriculture in Africa

The recent speech by Rajiv Shah, director of UNAIDS, on "Global Leadership Coalition United States "has shown that the" solutions "for agriculture in Africa advocated by the United States and the" Green Revolution "are always the same: they are based on the private sector, GM seeds and the international market system, fully oriented toward the interests of the West. Thus, development aid from the United States simply becomes a "high yield investment of American companies on behalf of U.S. taxpayers." African farmers groups as copayments, LEISA and continue organizing PELUM defense for self-determination and biological diversity. According

a document from the World Bank, to agricultural land investors seek out countries with lax laws and buy agricultural land at low prices, avoid making promises of jobs and investment. "The investor interest is focused on countries that have little control over their lands, the report said. Although jobs foresee transactions and arrangements, there are cases in which investors avoid follow their own investment plans after local resources seriously deteriorated. "

seems that cocoa-producing countries may be more fortunate during these years of crisis. A new agreement between the producers of cocoa in 2012 provide some opportunities for farmers and all found within this sector. Cocoa is a commodity that has resisted most of the recent economic crisis.
